Product License, Terms of Sale, and Refund Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
The GUS Experience is an educational brand operated by What-A Rush Media LLC. These terms apply when you buy a digital product, physical product, coaching package, or other paid offering from The GUS Experience.
The short version. Your digital purchase is for your household. Do not resell, upload, post, or redistribute it. Review the refund rules before paying. If something goes wrong, email gus@thegusexperience.org with your order number so we can address it.
1. Agreement to these terms
By checking the agreement box, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using a purchased product or service, you agree to the terms shown here and any product-specific terms presented before payment. If you buy for another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that purchase.
2. Current offerings
| Offering | Current price and delivery |
|---|---|
| The Parent’s Playbook for Executive Function | $19. A digital PDF emailed to the address used at checkout within one business day. |
| Online monthly coaching package | $300 for four one-hour sessions for one student. No automatic renewal. |
| In-person monthly coaching package | $425 for four one-hour sessions for one student in New York or New Jersey. No automatic renewal. |
The product page or checkout page controls if it lists a different price, delivery schedule, or package description at the time you order.
3. Digital-product license
When you buy a digital product, What-A Rush Media LLC gives one purchasing household a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use that product for personal, noncommercial purposes. You receive a license to use the content. You do not receive ownership of the copyright, brand, design, or other intellectual property.
You may
- Download and store the file on devices used by your household.
- Print reasonable copies for use within the same household.
- Use the product with the child or student in that household.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, give away, or redistribute the product.
- Email, message, upload, or otherwise share the file outside your household.
- Post the product or any substantial part of it on a website, social platform, public forum, shared drive, file-sharing service, course platform, or artificial-intelligence training system.
- Make classroom, school-wide, team, clinic, nonprofit, company, or other organizational copies under a household license.
- Copy, adapt, translate, extract, rebrand, or combine the content to make a competing, derivative, or commercial product.
- Remove copyright, trademark, license, or ownership notices.
A school, business, nonprofit, coach, clinician, or other organization needs separate written permission or an organizational license. Email gus@thegusexperience.org before copying or sharing the material.
4. Intellectual property and enforcement
The products, text, worksheets, graphics, methods, videos, downloads, logos, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to What-A Rush Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use may result in termination of the license, removal requests, account or platform reports, and available legal remedies. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies that already arose.
5. Digital delivery and refunds
You may request cancellation and a full refund before the digital file is delivered. After delivery or download access is provided, the sale is final except when:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The file was not delivered within the stated delivery period and we do not correct the problem after you contact us.
- The delivered file has a material technical defect that we cannot correct.
- The delivered product materially differs from the description presented at purchase.
Send a refund request to gus@thegusexperience.org with the purchaser’s name, order email, order number, and a short description of the issue. Nothing in this policy removes a right that applicable law gives you.
6. Coaching cancellations and refunds
Monthly coaching packages do not renew automatically. Unless a written product-specific policy says otherwise:
- Cancel the unused package at least seven calendar days before the first scheduled session for a refund of the amount paid.
- Cancel two to six calendar days before the first scheduled session for a credit toward a future package.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled session and missed sessions are not refundable. A reschedule may be offered at our discretion when scheduling permits.
- If The GUS Experience cancels a session, you may reschedule it or receive a proportional refund for that session.
7. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact gus@thegusexperience.org first if you do not recognize a charge, did not receive a product, or believe an amount is wrong. We will review the order and try to correct a genuine problem promptly.
Do not knowingly submit a false claim that an authorized purchase was unauthorized or that a delivered product was not received. If a payment dispute occurs, What-A Rush Media LLC may provide the payment processor or card issuer with the order record, agreement record, delivery record, access or download information, communications, and these terms. This section does not restrict any lawful dispute or billing-error right.
8. Educational scope
The GUS Experience provides educational information, coaching, and skill-building. It does not provide therapy, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, or academic subject tutoring. Results depend on each person and are not guaranteed.
9. Accounts, payment processors, and communications
Stripe or another payment provider may process your payment under its own terms and privacy policy. You authorize transaction-related emails needed to deliver the product, provide receipts, schedule services, answer support requests, and administer the purchase.
10. Governing law and severability
New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that may lawfully be limited to a location must be brought in a state or federal court serving Queens County, New York. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
11. Changes and contact
The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order unless a later change is required by law or you agree to it. Questions, permission requests, delivery issues, and refund requests should be sent to:
